St Ives Cookery School is led and run by Jeffrey Robinson, executive chef at Harbour View House. Through his school, he offers the opportunity for keen home cooks to hone their culinary skills as well as learn exciting new ones from a chef with outstanding experience and credentials.

  • One-day courses, where you’ll create a full three-course meal—starter, main, and dessert. Perfect for those looking to enjoy an immersive cooking experience..

  • Special interest classes such as fermentation, which is excellent for gut health, and plant-based cooking.

  • Pasta and seafood workshops spread throughout the year to help you hone specific skills.
